- Great site, brings back memories of our rampant U-14s team of late 80's under Kenny McAlpine. Like to think my right back talents helped the record of only losing 3 goals all season...but more down to the talents of Scurry Service in goal, the rock Davie Lothian at centre back and Spud, Skimmer and Martin Canning scoring all the goals.
All the best to Alan, Frazer, Squid & co

- I keep hearing Alastair Liddell (squiddle to some of us old boys!) is trying to get hold of me. I'm sure I filled in something on this web site before, but this looks as good a place as any to leave my mark!
One of these days I'll dig out some old camp photos and upload them to the webmaster, so a few old names out there should now be trembling with
embarrassment!
What a huge weekend--- From Peachy Blair

- I hope you all had a really good time last weekend at Lochgoilhead. Best of luck to the under 14s in the Battalion 11 aside final, but against the mob were play it should be fairly easy!
To everyone that is going to Cappielow tomorrow, i'm so jealous of you all. I'll be on the computer at midnight to get all the action and hopefully by 1:45am Morton will have won the 3rd Division title.
To those of you who aren't going - why not it'll be one of the biggest games seen in Inverclyde for a while.
I've extended my staying out in Oz for a while and I'll be back for the start of the next session. Best of luck for the display and any other competitions that are still to happen.

- Following in the recent footsteps of some 2nd Gourock Lads, I have made it to Australia. I am sorry that I will miss the Displays this year, but I hope everything goes well and that Big Squids sketch is better than last year. I am also missing the PGL trip, which is always a good laugh, so have fun with that. I will keep in touch with my adventures, and will be back for the start of the new session.
Love the site--- From Carol Masheder

- I have just discovered the Web Page and am most impressed. The creator has done a great job and is to be congratulated. Recently I have located several Old Boys from the above years-mostly pipers or drummers which I can pass on to the compiler. I'd be delighted to hear from any others from the same years

- Congratulations on putting together a really professional site, Peter. It is good to be able to keep up with what's going on, even if my only recent BB involvement has been bumping into wee Clarky in Word Up every few months. Busy breeding he next generation though. Two Junior Section teams should mean competition for places for wee Ewan.
